I've always managed my own firewalls because they are the vital protection needed when a business has a presence on the Internet. Now that Online Technology Management controls and configures the firewalls, I no longer have to spend hours researching certain issues or setting up new configurations for news services or devices. However, the most important thing for me is that I trust everyone that works there, and I know they will make the right decision or give me the required information to make the right decision.
