I’m sure I am not alone on this, but what I like about Online Technology Management's service is that we are not treated like we are a number, or just a 'client.' OTM treats us like we are part of a whole team, working together. We usually find ourselves continuing to talk, even after the reason for our call is long resolved, and that is a lasting impression that is hard to come by in our industry.
