You will be passed through to our remote support portal where a support engineer can assist you.

Step 2: Our support engineers will provide you with a PIN to enter below.

Step 3: With your permission, your support engineer can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times, you will always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. After your session has ended the plug-in will be automatically removed from your PC.
