Hi, I'm Kevin Windle. My brother, Gary, and I started IT consulting in 1989 as Online PC Service. Through the years we've learned the importance of staying flexible, on top of evolving technologies. This knowledge and experience helps our clients increase IT efficiency without sacrificing service to their customers.

Early on, we've had the pleasure of completing complex IT projects for well-known enterprises such as American Express, Texaco, United States Postal Service, Beckman Coulter and many others. However, we discovered assisting the small business community is much more rewarding.

When our website was defaced in October 2001, our business changed dramatically. The issue was temporary and easily fixed, but it demonstrated the urgent need for network security and data safety. From that point our mission was clear: help small businesses secure their networks and protect their data through education and application. As cybercrime continues to evolve and take devastating tolls on small businesses, we've become fervent network security evangelists. Security doesn't cost money. It saves money.

Along the way, we've had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest minds in the IT field. Perhaps none of them is greater than our Director of Information Technology, Jake Rice. His keen attention to detail and his continuing thirst for knowledge make him a highly-valued partner.

Also attaining partner status is our Senior Engineer David Webster. Dave joined Online in 1994 and has managed several long-term projects including those for the United Postal Service and Beckman Coulter.

While we were assisting them with cloud service products in 2008, Trilithic, Inc. of Indianapolis, Indiana purchased our company. We trudged under the banner "Trilithic Network Services, Inc." until June 2010, when we were given the opportunity to buy back our shares and reconstruct as Online Technology Management, Inc.

Online Technology Management continues to remain relevant by ensuring our certifications are up-to-date, remaining flexible to evolving technology and by putting our clients first. Above all, we treat your issues with the urgency you want and need.

We're headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the "Venice of America", just 23 miles north of Miami Beach.
